We offer a flat rate for fabrication of our custom upper fifth wheel plates, sized to your rig, with pin included. We regularly fabricate upper 5th wheel plates for several different trucking companies and often have parts or completed 5th wheels in stock. We also offer a discount if you provide the pin; for discount email or call us to place your order.

Most customers pick these up. However, if you require shipping, we can arrange trucking for an additional shipping cost TBD once you order.
